Welcome! We are thrilled you want to be apart of our clubs event(s).
Being a vendor at our events allows you to get your brand or business in front of folks from our town, and out of town! Some of our events see upwards of 50 people, and we hope to continue to grow that number!
Paying for a spot at our events allows us to use those funds to continue maintenance on our grounds, keep the club running smooth, and even help our Youth Program!
What to Expect-
We see a good blend of people at events, however the majority are equestrians. As our events continue to grow we do see more people from the community coming out and enjoying. We expect there is a good mix of people for our upcoming season.

No, we cannot offer power. Small and quiet generators are allowed if they are not disrupting the event.

We do not offer wifi, but there is service at our grounds!

We do our best to make sure our community knows what vendors and opportunities will be at our events! As a 100% volunteer club we do everything in our power to make sure vendors feel welcomed and that it is worth their investment!

This depends on the event. We ask you be there a hour and a half before to start setting up your booth. It can get very crazy closer to start time, and you want people to see your booth!
Just a few of our events...
Gymkhanas
Our gymkhanas are a huge hit, with our entry limits met every time. We see around 30 contestants who bring friends and family and their community out to see them ride fast and have fun!
South Cariboo Ranch Show
Our annual South Cariboo Ranch Show brings in a large crowd from all over BC. We general expect over 40 contestants, who bring their friends and family. It is also a time we see several community members come out to enjoy beautiful horses and good company.
Community Events
Our goal is to put on at least one general community event a year. Where we welcome both riders and general public to participate in games, win prizes, and have some small town fun!
