2008 Horse Shows


May

10th and 11th: Annual Wild & Woolly Spring Schooling Show. Starts 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, and 9:00 a.m. on Sunday sharp!! Judge: Shelley Hayes, Olds Alberta . Halter, showmanship, driving and in-hand classes on Saturday; Sunday - English classes in the morning, Western classes in the afternoon. Reduced entry fees for Outrider members! 2008 H.C.B.C. General Performance Provincial Classic qualifier.

Dressage Percentage Day, June, 2005

June

7th Dressage/Hunter/Jumper Classes. Judge: Kelly McIntosh. To download the dressage and jumping day information, please click here

8th: Annual Fun & Frolic Schooling Show. Judge: Kelly McIntosh. Starts at 8:30 a.m. sharp on Sunday with English in the morning; Western classes in the afternoon. 2008 Western Heritage qualifier.

Please note: The show is coming up very soon and the entry fees must be in the hands of the show secretary prior to the show! The changes are due to this show being a Western Heritage Qualifier.

29th: Tail end qualifying show. Ken Huber - judge. Starts 9:00 a.m. sharp. 2008 Western Heritage qualifier. Open to all competitors!

5th: 2008 Jumping Derby! 9:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. jumping clinic with Jaimie Kidston. 3:00 to 5:00 Jumping Jackpot. Open to all ages and levels of competition!

September

6th/7th: 18th Annual Fall Fair Open Horse Show. EC Discovery Show, 2009 H.C.B.C. General Performance and Western Heritage Provincial Classic qualifier. Lots of cash prizes ($800) and other prizes available. Judge: Robi Smallwood, Kelowna. Western day, halter classes and driving classes - Saturday. English flat and jumping classes on Sunday. Starts each day at 8:30 a.m. sharp!

11th: Hallowe'en FUNtastic Show EC Primary Competition and 2009 Western Heritage qualifier. Judge: TBA.
